With continuous research and regular client surveys we have ensured the continuity of our `corporate services’ strategy to all of our clients.
In April 2000 we rolled-out our National Network which now encompasses all the major centres within Southern Africa. The NetraLINK National Network is owned and managed by NetraLINK and is currently the second largest private network in Southern Africa, reigning in the top 10 local ISPs. All of NetraLINK services run off our national NetraLINK network, providing a high-speed, reliable connection with exceptional service - implementing the latest technology and equipment, and maintaining a dedicated service team for your technical requirements. Furthermore, NetraLINK applies multi-homing strategies to the national network in order to ensure a secure, reliable and controlled environment.
The NetraLINK technical team does not fulfill a Help-Desk function but rather pertains to a team of technical professionals who are able to provide first line telephonic and call-out service to clients from our national service centre based in Midrand.
Included in our services profile, we also house a comprehensive Design & Development division within our Team, which is based in Midrand and Cape Town. This team ensures that Solutions are developed to specifications tested on a parallel platform network to our National Network, ensuring functionality and full time maintenance of all customized solutions.
