NETRALINK CLIENT SERVICE CENTRE  

The Client Service Centre provides technical support under a single number - 0860 223 638 – and operates 7 days a week, 16 hours per day.

As our client you shall receive comprehensive first-level support. Many if not most of your problems will therefore be solved with a single telephone call.  If a problem entails referral to a specialist within NetraLINK or involvement of a third party such as Telkom, our call centre will monitor the progress of the solution, and keep you updated at all times.  

 

Our technical team will, where possible, alert you to any difficulties even before these effects your connectivity. For example, when the NetraLINK system detects a problem such as a circuit outage, you will be immediately informed and then updated on the progress of service restoration, by implementing this proactive approach, it allows you the client to plan contingency measures and maximise productivity.
