Click on the Start Menu, then choose Control Panel.

   Next, click on switch to classic view on the left hand side. If you see switch to category view, it means that you are already in classic view and you can ignore this step.

   Now, double click on network connections.

   Double click on Create a new connection on the left sidebar.

   Now, click on next once you see the following screen:

   Once that's done, choose connect to the internet and click next

   Once that's done, click on set up my connection manually and click next.

   After that has been done, click on connect using a dialup modem and click next.

   After that, type in Netralink where it asks you for a isp name

   Then, in the phone number box, type in the POP number (please contact our service center if you don't have the number). Please take note that if you have to press 0 before you can get a outside line on your telephone line, you will need to type in 0, before the phone number (no spaces). After you've done that, click next.

 

   In the next screen, you will need to type in your dialup username and password. If you are not sure or do not have your username or password, please contact our service center. After you've finished that, click next.

   At the final window, make sure you check Add a shortcut to this connection to my desktop. This will allow you to easily connect to the internet through an icon on your desktop.  Click the finish button.

   You will be taken back to the Network Connections window. You should be able to see the newly created icon. Double click on the new icon and click on dial. Your computer is now setup to connect to the Internet!
