Ipass Setup and Help Guide

5 Steps to activating IPass:

1. Download the IPass installer, you can get this here and install the IPass system on your PC

2. Send our service center an email with your current Dialup Username and Password, requesting us to activate you for Ipass

3. Once we have received your request and have configured your account you will receive a confirmation email, then you'll need to phone our Call Center on 086-022-3638 to help you configure your dialup and outlook for International Roaming

4. Test the dialup connection before leaving S.A. and send an email to yourself, this ensures that the IPass system is working and you wont have a problem when overseas.

5. REMEMBER to change back to your normal dialup account when you return to S.A. otherwise you will continue to be billed for using IPass
